Terms of Service

• I reserve the right to turn down any commission.
• Full payment upfront by Paypal.
• No refunds once the commission has started, unless cancelled by me.
• I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork. Therefore I reserve the right to post it on my social media and use it in my portfolio unless you ask me to keep it private beforehand.
• Commissions are for personal use only unless agreed otherwise, but you have to credit me if you use/post my artwork and you can’t profit from it.
• Once the piece is finished, you will receive the full-resolution PNG digital file. Note that this is not a physical product.
• If there is any reason why your commission will be delayed, I will let you know as soon as possible.
• For any changes in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge a fee. The amount of the extra charge will depend on the change and complexity of it.
• A fee will be added if you want any change on the final drawing, unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.

Process

How to order: 

Send me an email and include the following: 

1.  Type of commission: 

• Portrait
• Half body
• Full body
• Mermaid

2.  Reference images of the person or character. You can also add references for expression, poses, a style idea, the outfit or a mood for the illustration (colours). Feel free to send as many references as you want, as well as any of my drawings for style reference.

3. Deadline, if there is one. Additional charges will be added for short deadlines.

Once your commission has been accepted:

After discussing the details I’ll send you a paypal invoice.

I will start working on your commission once I receive the full payment.  

Commissions must be payed 100% upfront. 

- While I'm working on your commission, I will make 1-2 revisions with you, depending on the complexity of the work. 

- During the revisions, you will see work-in-progress and these images will usually include a watermark. 

Delivery time:

- The time it takes to finish a commission varies 1 week – 3 weeks after your payment has been received. 

• At the end I will send you a Full-resolution PNG file. Format standard is 3000x3000 px at 300 dpi).
